Gateway and TAP are functionally interchangeable, in nearly all systems. Gateways and TAPs perform two-way wireless (radio) communication between a Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA), Cloud Connect, and Maximizer Management Unit data-loggers, and our TS4 and prior model optimizers.
